II. CONTEMPLATION - Pleasure enough or Pain Enough – “Yeah, but.”

Real Reason - overcoming real reasons for Justification for not
Get rid of negative emotions: shame, blame, comparisons, take etc, Take responsibility for yourself – Now offering solutions for too expensive? Who else do you know that could benefit from better nutrition?
III. PREPARTION – “I can win” Who else do you know that could benefit from better nutrition?
Shred the excuses, look for the solutions to all the barriers….problem solving, thinking of different strategies
Give people options….re-training your brain.

IV. ACTION – Is Our Greatest Teacher. Move out of preparation, now move into “I am doing”….key area of learning!!!!
