Upon researching various Physical Therapy programs across the country, The George Washington University doctor of physical therapy program was one that made a lasting impression on me. With my education, clinical experience, career aspirations and dedication, i would be grateful to be considered for admission by The George Washington University. My academic objectives are to complete the DPT program at GWU. Upon completion of the program, I intend on passing the national licensure exam and beginning my dream career as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. After establishing myself as a physical therapist, I plan to pursue an MBA degree in preparation to open and manage my own private practice.
Since graduating from The University, i have been employed as a physical therapy assistant abroad, in Ontario, Canada. Here, my responsibilities include creating and supervising the exercise portion of the therapy sessions. I have continued to expand my knowledge of the profession working at Century Physio and Fitness. Engaging in personal research has also enabled me to expand my knowledge, and further hone my growing passion (CHANGE WORD MAYBE?) for this field.
