The ever growing world of science and technology has enticed me from a younger age itself. This allure towards technology especially the art and science of measurement, control, design, construction and maintenance of instruments and the fact that the whole instrumentation system is the soul of any industry (small or large) is that which drove me into taking Electronics and Instrumentation as my undergraduate degree course. I strongly believe that the backup of a managerial degree along with my technical degree can help me achieve my ultimate career objective of being a technocrat manager.
My under graduate studies exposed me to a few management related subjects such as Principle of Management, Total Quality Management and Engineering Ethics. Nowadays, IT services are the foundation of all emerging businesses, and effective management of meager budget provided to the IT sector has become a quintessential component in the development of a good business. My inquisitiveness towards management subjects and awareness of the current business world has led me to take up MS in management of IT services.
Being born to a hard working and extremely talented mother who took voluntary retirement from the Indian Army, I have learned certain managerial qualities which aided in the development of my personality. The support given by my mother helped me overcome many hardships that I had to face during my under graduate course including the passing away of my father. My mother being a single working parent is my first management guru. She taught me that it is the smallest things in life that make the greatest difference in the long run. Her punctuality and time management in daily life routines have helped me shape my character. Her guidance has brought me to the doorsteps of your university and will guide me throughout my life.
My variance in personal interest involved me in many extra–curricular activities. I was passionate about basketball and cricket
