Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE(SOP)
I have developed a keen interest to further develop my skills in the arena of Programming in Computer Science. Challenging task in developing an application has always thrilled me during my graduation in Computer Science, which lead me to pursue a post graduate degree.
There is a saying, which says, “The only thing permanent in life is change”. This perfectly holds true to the world of Computer Science where novel ideas are not a novelty. It is this novelty that entices me to this field and gives me a deep sense of professional pride. So pursuing my graduation in Computer Science will not only supplement the knowledge that I possess but also provide a strong platform for my future career goals.
However, I found that I have no uncertainty in proceeding along a path that I have been planning over the last 4 years. I have originated from a family where the highest priority was always given to good education. Blessed with schooling from one of the premier institutions of India, I was strongly motivated to pass my senior school exams with honors.
After successful completion of my school studies, I got admitted in Silver Oak College of Engineering and Technology, under Gujarat Technological University. I took Computer Engineering as my major in the undergraduate program. During the course of the study I was exposed to various languages like ‘C’, ‘C++’, ‘Java’, ‘.net’ and to various subjects related to field of Computer such as Database, Object Oriented Programming, Computer Network, Software Engineering, and more.
I have done my final year project on Human Resource Management System from Reva InfoSolution, a reputed industry. I was able to complete the project successfully in given time, and got certificate for that from the industry.
I have been recognized as Microsoft Technology Associate in Software Development Fundamentals. I had even attended workshops on Linux and Networking Technology, and got certified for that too. My
