Motivation Motivation is what causes us to act, whether it is in a positive way or a negative way. Completing my degree going to takes determination and commitment to complete external as well as internal. Completing my degree in Elementary Education is something I always wanted to do, but I wasn’t ready to drive to a four year college. Everyone was telling me to go to this college go to that college, but no one was helping me get started. Mr. William Roberts my advisor walk me through the whole thing. It took a lot of dedication and motivation going through the four steps of enrolling in this college. Every email sent to me was answered very quickly because I saw this was my chance to receive my degree. I stayed motivated and always had a positive attitude. We’re all going to have ups and downs, but it is how we handle them. Motivation is very important for every student success. The general idea of going to school and graduating from high school give a student an opportunity of getting a job. I have chance to get a four year college degree, so I have a great opportunity of getting my dream job. Motivation plays a big part of a student success. The Class Wall is a great way of getting to know your classmates. On the Class Wall each student shares a little about their selves and their family. Some students explain where they have been, where they’re at, and where there’re going. At this point I have no concerns or difficulties during this module. I really wish I could have found this college after I received my two year degree at Bainbridge College, but everything happen for a reason.
