A: As a potential educator these tips will impact my schedule in a positive manor. There never seems to be enough time in a school day to cover everything a teacher wishes. Unexpected events, recess, lunch, and more can interrupt the time spent learning within the classroom. This is why it is crucial that teachers have exceptional time management skills. With such skills teachers may provide the most productive and stress free learning environment for their students. With an organized classroom environment and consistent daily routine I will limit unproductive time spent searching for materials and assignments, improve flow of the classroom through repetition, and increase productive learning time within the classroom. In my opinion, an organized classroom is a happy classroom. Delegating classroom tasks to students and teaching assistance will not only reduce stress, but it can also free up small blocks of time when teachers can squeeze in prepping, paper grading, and taking notes of inspirational ideas for later lessons.…
There were times when my schoolwork got very hard. With playing soccer, taking care of my family, and balancing school together, it would’ve been easy to just give up, but being the diligent student that I am, I stuck it out. I tried my best, and even if the grade on those papers weren’t the best, I did my best on the following papers to make up for it. Hard work does pay off. I get extremely connected to the things I’m a part of. For example, when I play soccer, I forget about everything that happened during school or the day before and I just focus on the game.…
Throughout my four years of high school I have always kept my grades up and I am very proud to say that I have maintained a GPA of a 3.6 and above. I have made honor roll all in all my semesters here at LHS. Getting good grades was never really a struggle for me until I got in the harder math classes like AP Statistics and Precalculus. Those were the only classes I struggled with because it takes me more time to comprehend the formulas and understand how to put them into practical use. But no matter what class I have taken I have always learned something new or something different that applies to not only my schoolwork but also the outside world. Knowing all of this knowledge will definitely help in my everyday life outside of highschool…
After saying that you need to work super hard, many people draw the wrong conclusion that in order to succeed in school, you have to work every single second and there is no time to enjoy life. That is not the point of what I’m trying to say. I mean, yes. You do have to work hard. However, you still need to relax. Stressing out your brain too much over school is unhealthy. I know for a fact that it was scientifically proven that having too much stress can cause a person to become sick physically and/or mentally. Obviously, if you started to become sick frequently, you would miss school as a result and it will be hard for you to catch up in your classes! (Trust me, I have learned this the hard way as well.) So it’s also very important that you just relax at times and have fun. (Note: THIS DOES NOT MEAN PRIORITIZING FUN OVER YOUR…
Schooling is one of the most important key concepts of anyone’s lives. Going to school and getting good grades depends on how well your future will be. If I could plan my ideal school, I would make it to where we go to school all year and then get a 3 or 4 month break, I would start school at a later time, depending on age and grade, one last thing I would change are the ways of extra curricular activities, like when they take place and how they take place.…
Many activities through school can be entertaining, but school sports can be really treacherous. Sports can cause many injuries. We are asking Principal Schwanz to add in more non-sport student activities. Me and my companions agree that there should be less school activities that involve head on head contact. We do think head on head sports are dangerous.…
You obviously hate and fear school, because you need to actually use your brain(Oh! the horror!), but most people have forgotten that even getting to school challenge! Many kids like you forget things like their school supplies, then get yelled at by their teachers, parents, and friends. Also, there’s the subject of food, you might have an unhealthy diet, which causes sickness and disease, or you might shrink to the size of that guy named Chris from malnutrition. You might have too much sugar and be extremely hyper, then fall asleep randomly, or worst of all forget to pack a lunch and starve to death! There’s also the possibility you’ll be turned into a human pancake from being run over by a car. If you want to avoid these tragedies, then follow this guide which will bring humans out from under the constant reign of terror of not being organized enough to get to school.…
There are two very important things I try to always remember when trying to balancing work and school. Responsibility which plays a big part in having good time management. If I am not responsible then it doesn’t mean anything. I have learned to be responsible and try to keep up my school work. To be responsible you must have determination. Determination to me is a very important skill when trying to stay focused on school. Part of being responsible is staying on task with what needs to be done. You need determination to complete your goals and the best way to do that is don’t forget what you are working for. For example I am finding it very hard to stay focused while working and taking care of my everyday things in life. I always remind myself of how important, what I am working for. I know that school can be tough to maintain on top of family and friends but also I know that it plays a vital part in my objective. So staying determined in excelling in school always comes first and as long as I remember that, I can balance my life much easier. My name is Kristina. I am in my late twenties, I live with my partner and have no kids. Right now I am working at a resort doing front desk and also working at Jiffy Lube and attending school so you can say I work 3 jobs. I have a pretty set schedule wake up go to work and come home. Every day I have to try to make time for my studies. So, it is important to make the decisions selecting careers and jobs, allocating roles and responsibilities that will provide the opportunity for balance. The real task of balance takes place on a weekly and daily basis. So many people like me stress so much because of this task but they don't know it can be very simple. Like myself lots of people do not have the time to go to a classroom when you have a jobs and/or a family to support and spend time…
With school will be a chance for more and higher grades. No one likes low grades in any class and thats fact! With extended time there will be more grades to go in the grade book. More grades can lead to a grade average up to million rather than less grades in! Sometimes we do bad on some worksheets and good. There will be a much better chance of raising your grades if you are as focused as a hunter on completing your work. Not everyone does the same on every test, quiz, homework or worksheet. With extra time your gigantic brain can suck up more knowledge as you continue to do more work!…
As a person, I consider myself to be extremely hard working and motivated. This summer I took on the challenge of skipping the course Algebra 2. I went to the library and studied nearly everyday, and in the end I was very successful, so I am now a year ahead of where I should be. In school this year I am actually taking 8 classes instead of 7, and 6 of those classes are pre-Ap or AP. I do not plan on taking any easy classes,…
