When she attempts to go outside to get help, everyone she sees is simply watching her through their phones, recording her every move but refusing to interact with or help her. This is clearly pointing out a typical reaction of people today: when others need help, oftentimes those in large crowds choose to ignore the calls for help in exchange for recording the event on their phones, believing that someone else will be the one to provide the help needed.
