Science Is The Answer
I often think about what would happen if there was no such thing as science in this world. To be honest, I can’t even imagine this contortion of reality either. Without scientists, our world would not be as modern as it is. Research has shown that 81% of people in the whole world use technology in their everyday lives. From the article “ Without God” by Steven Weinberg,” especially in the West, where science is the most advanced (1076).” Weinberg is trying to tell us that these days, science has been proven to play an important role in our society. It is true that there are more people who believe in religion, but I believe that they just want to make themselves happy due to the fact that there is something to believe in. On the contrary, what Weinberg is searching for is not happiness but the truth and his truth lies in science. There must have been someone who wrote the Bible first right? It is not possible that bible just fell down from heaven to earth. In order for someone to write the Bible, he or she might have to follow God around because in the bible, there are a lot of stories related to Jesus. According to studies, even Archaeology cannot prove that the Bible is God 's written word to us. How are we supposed to believe in God if there are no pictures at all?
In conclusion, I think that science is much more believable than religion because science has been generally accepted to be backed up by facts, is more effective in society, helps us to find solutions, and makes more sense. A perfect quote to sum up my statements would be “Grace is a scandal. Grace is hard to believe. Grace goes against the grain
