The company currently comprises of an older division- Water Products, which fabricates products like piping, tanks, filters, and membrane systems for water and wastewater processing plants. The company has a newer division- Solution Products, which develops biochemical solutions that purifies water. Mr. Billings way to help the company’s capital growth was by creating subsidiaries that created cutting-edge innovative technology with the help of the biochemical Solutions Division. Now that we worked toward the working together of divisions at the employee level, now we need to regain Mr. Saunders support. As both division worked separately, so did their leaders
Mr. Billing and Mr. Saunders. Mr. Saunders needs to be more involved in the Solutions
Division. This is the beginning point of repairing any differences that exist between Water
Products Division and the Solutions Division. These two leaders need to come together and come to an equal ground of eliminating the separation that exists between them and their divisions. With the same process of the “company jam” Mr. Billing and Mr. Saunders need to provide feedback to one another in helping each other make future vision decisions together and
both taking responsibility for their own decisions. This will help eliminate the pressure of one leader holding down the fort and the other pointing the finger when things do not go as planned.
With both leaders involved in the vision decision process this will create a positive relationship with your colleague therefore, making Stone Finch, Inc., a company to want to work
