Please note:
Do not use your CPA Australia login and password on any other site apart from sites containing the CPA Australia website address (cpaaustralia.com.au).
Internet security
· Check your Internet security settings
· Latest editions of internet security software should not affect access unless settings have been changed. You may want to pause or stop earlier versions of Internet security software.
· If you cannot change the security settings on a work computer try accessing the service at home or on another network. Timing out
· Check that you are still currently logged in to the CPA Australia main website at cpaaustralia.com.au
· If you have been in MYOL for some time you may have timed out of the main site.
· You will need to logout and then back into the CPA Australia website then try the readings link again.
Alternative ProQuest access
· Check you are using CPA Australia's subscription to ProQuest. You may get a message saying that the article is outside of your library’s subscription. This indicates that you may have logged into ProQuest via a different login in the past, either through another library, university or work login.
· Click on ‘Databases Selected’ to see the databases you have access to. To confirm you are in CPA Australia’s subscription you should see the databases listed below. Also, CPA Australia branding, including CPA Logo at the base of ProQuest pages and mention of the CPA Library should be visible via most pages of CPA Australia’s subscription. · To gain access to CPA Australia's subscription you may need to delete cookies from your browser then try logging in again or alternatively access ProQuest via another computer.
