1. Introduction
After doing the discussion, we decided to choose Hong Kong Disneyland as the company of this project. By studying the information about Hong Kong Disneyland, this paper examines the SWOT Analysis, characteristics of competitive advantages, corporate strategy, the reasons behind the corporate strategy. After analyzing the above aspects, we listed out some recommendations to Hong Kong Disneyland on its corporate strategy. The details are as follows:
