Introduction
In this paper, I compare two companies, namely Benz and Our BTEC centre’s with regard to the Roles and Responsibilities for Business Strategy Implementation.
In the part one, I introduce our own BTEC Centre and its strategy then compare it with the profile and strategy of the Beijing Benz Company.
In Chapter two, I identify of both organizations which persons are in charge for respectively the general Strategy, Includes: Marketing Strategy, Sales Strategy, Operational Strategy, Human Resource Strategy and Financial Strategy.
In Chapter three, I introduce the both companies multi-year key figures of three years in the past and add the target figures for 2014, 2015, 2016
Lastly, I explain where possible, and how the strategies have been implemented. Main is appropriate the stakeholders.
