Stress
According to the Oxford Dictionary, stress is “a state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or demanding circumstances”. So what are these demanding and adverse situations in our daily lives? There are two main factors that lead to stress in our daily lives. One of these factors is associated with relationships; the second one is related with money. Throughout this essay the previously stated factors will be explained in detail.
