Introduction
Stress is the body's reaction to a change that requires a physical, mental or emotional adjustment or response. Stress can come from any situation or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry, nervous, or anxious.
-Stress leads to change. No Stress, No Change. Proper solution to stress leads to comfort. If we don't find a solution to stress we may have health related issues due to prolonged stress. Every stress has a solution. We have to find out.
Objective:
To learn what stress is, what affects it has on your body, how serious it is and how to deal with it.
Hypothesis:
I believe that stress occurs at any age and it’s related to health. Health decreases as stress increases.
Data
Create 2 brain models: to explain the brain while stress is occurring. Teens/adults.

Conclusion
The results of the study show all human beings, at some point, experience stress regardless of age or gender, depending on the circumstances or situations we're facing. Stress can alter physically and mentally our bodies causing changes in attitude and behavior.
