The meaning of stress is when the body coops with emotional and physical change. As a pro, stress provides motivation to achieve your goals. However, you know there's a con so when stress is out of control it is an negative force that causes unhappiness, sickness, and even death
( if you can't control it ) . Us citizens, actaully believe police can deal with anything in the world and often forget that their human to. We treat them as if their an non-conscious robot that can take anything life throws at it. Only because we truly feel threated by them or just plain do respect them or authority their job REQURIES them to inforce. The majority of police-related stress come from the day-to-day things police officers encounter such as paper work, homicides, and family issues. The purpose of this section of the report is to take close look at how stress can negatively affect the officer’s his/her family. The reason officers are stressed falls in to many different catorgies low pay, frequent shift changes, or not being able to get rest due to different shifts. From this police officers need training and education on how to deal with the many different challenges they face daily on the street and in their homes. With proper training, education and support police officers will be able to do their job in a much better way. Some officers handle stress different than others. When faced with what seem hard and stressful to one officer, may seem as a breeze to another officer.
