Steps:
To make this recipe it is necessary to follow 4 steps:
1) Dicing the rump steak. Reserve it.
2) Slice the onion thinly. Reserve it.
3) Place the potatoes in the oven. You can use any potato of your preference.
4) Once you have done that, start making the rice.
5) While you are waiting for the potatoes and rice, make the stroganoff.

2. Add the hot water and salt to taste. Cover the saucepan.
3. Then, let in high heat until boil, so reduce heat for minimum, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.

Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients
500g rump steak, diced
1 onion, thinly sliced
3 tablespoons of butter
250g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
250 ml soya cream
Salt & pepper to taste
How to Make It
1.
First, in a big bowl combine onions and butter. Then take the bowl to microwave for 2 minutes.
2. Remove the bowl from microwave and stirring it. After that, take the bowl to microwave again for 2 more minutes.
3. Remove the bowl from microwave and add the steak. Stirring it for a while, so take the bowl to microwave for 8 more min, stopping 2 in 2 min to stir the beef.
4. Remove the bowl from microwave and check if all beef is cooked. If it is not completely cooked take it again to microwave for 2 more minutes.
5. Then, add the rest of ingredients: mushrooms, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Stirring it until to mix all ingredients.
6. Finally, take it to microwave for 1 more min.
It is ready to serve.
Oven fries (Chips)
Ingredients
1 kg Fries Shoestring Golden
Salt to taste
How to Make It
1. First, preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. In a baking tray, toss the potatoes.
3. Then, simmer for about 25 minutes or until crispy and
gold.
4. Add salt to taste.
It is ready to serve.
