When I was about six months old, my mother noticed that I didn’t response to the noises or when she called me. Soon she brought me to the doctors to examine me. The doctors believe that I have the opportunity to hear again. My family were very sure that I need to be able to hear this world but they were afraid of the surgery because I could be paralyze or possibly death, if the doctors touches or lightly goes by like a button system thing in my head. I had no clue what made them decided to have the operation on my left side of my head. I believe it was the first hardest and bravest major decision they had ever mad on me which I really appreciate.
My first operation happened in Taiwan when I was about 1 years old. However I don’t remember anything at all but from the photos and the stories that my family told. From all of these things, I noticed that this operation had changed my families’ life and as well as mine for good. About a few years later, I started to hear noises like a heavy motorcycle’s sound which I think its nothing because I heard this kind of sounds a lot especially on the main street and motorcycle is everywhere in Taiwan. Soon I felt very confused of the sounds because I could hear it even I was at a quiet place. I believe what I did back then was to ignore it although I don’t remember the reasons. One day, I told my
