Title: Should Cigarette smoking be banned? 03/12/14

Smoking cigarette is the popular method of using Tobacco, but there are many others ways to use this toxic product, such as Snuff and chewing tobacco.
Some people think that those smokeless tobacco products don’t have the same effects as smoking cigarette, but they are wrong because they also contain nicotine, as well as many toxic chemicals.
For many smokers, cigarette has good and bad outcomes. For me, smoking is bad and that should be banned.
Many people smoke, because they think it’s a sign of coolness, but in fact it damages their body, their brain and at the same time it’s a big waste of their money.
Cigarette is a toxic product that contains nicotine which is an addictive substance that makes it hard for a person to quit smoking.
Many research show that nicotine may not be the only ingredient in tobacco that affects its addictive potential. By using neuroimaging technology scientists found out the dramatic effect of cigarette smoking on the brain by decreasing the level of monoamine oxidase, enzyme responsible of breakdown of Dopamine.
Cigarette smoking causes Lungs cancer, Heart attack, blood pressure, Diabetes, and many others diseases.
Obviously, the important reason to ban cigarette smoking is health related. Smoking is the largest cause of premature death in the United States, killing more than 400.000 people a year.
The biggest killer is lung cancer; cigarette smoking is responsible for more death than AIDS, Alcohol abuse, and accidents. Cigarette affects also the non-smoker person who spend more time around the smokers and causes for them allergic coughing and many other illness. And even the pregnant woman and her fetus can be affected by the smoke of cigarette. So smoking should be totally banned in all public area and not only at some private place.
We should also banned cigarette smoking because people spent a lot of their money by buying this toxic killer, so it’s a waste of money that can be used to live a bitter life.
In my opinion, cigarette smoking should be banned totally from all places public and private no exception, because it has same effects on smokers and no smokers person and its negative effects are more abundant than a positive one.

People who smoke are risking their health but at the same time second hand smoke is just as bad. Second hand smoke is smoke inhaled involuntarily from tobacco being smoked by others. People that smoke around other people are literally giving other them cancer or a higher risk of getting it. It is important to prevent this for better health. It lessens air population and helps out the environment if people don't smoke anywhere they wanted too. The possibility of fires happening decreases. Lit cigarettes are dangerous and millions of them are dropped on the floor every single day from non smokers. It could prevent wildfires and other types of fires.
