It is barriers make it hard to express what you want to say and fully understanding what others say. Sometimes you may be misunderstanding the words of others. It also makes it difficult for you to make new friends and eventually isolated. The truth is that failure in relationships is also a cause of stress. For example, if you talk to a friend from another country, you may argue, even fight if you misunderstood friends.
Finally, financial problems also cause you stress. Commodity prices increasingly expensive while wages is limited. That makes it difficult to adjust expenditures in the family and could lead to shortages spending. For instance, you have to pay a lot of money for

I think the four major sources of stress in my life would be money being number one. This is because I am an international student who moved from Hong Kong to America. Having doing this I had to learn how to manage my own money for example rent, bills , and also enough for entertainment. When I was living in Hong Kong with my family I didn’t have to worry about all these factors so it came easy to me. Family would be another source of stress in my life but only because of me being away by myself in another country. This is probably because this is the first time I have been away from home and having to look after myself and the ‘money’ issue my parents especially tend to get too worried, which in some cases cause a lot of fights. Im not saying this is something bad but defiantly something that can trigger me at some points. My social skills is a definite source of stress in my life, This being because I am not very good at interacting, socializing and communicating with other human beings. Some of my interactions and relationships can be very stressful and tension filled, and i almost come off as being a very unsociable person.…

You were never in control anyway.” A person can never full control what is going on in the world. Planning and making time for work and play are essential to…

According to Scott (2014), the term stress refers to the response one has when facing circumstances that forces them to act, change, or adjust in some way to maintain balance. Stress Management is the ability to maintain control when situations, people, and events make excessive demands. One of the greatest sources of stress while being a tertiary level student is over-commitment or poor time management. Proper or adequate time management means that a student plans the use of the time he or she has effectively in order to be able to do all the things he or she has to do. Trying to take care of everything at once can be overwhelming, and, as a result, one may not accomplish anything. Instead, students should make a list of tasks that needs to be done. Then do one at a time, checking them off as they're completed. Priority should be given to the more important ones and those should be done first. If an unpleasant task arises, one should tackle it early in the day and get it over with; the rest of the day will be much less stressful. Time management plays an important part in the success of university pupils. Scott (2014) also encourages students to take power naps as sleep deprivation put one in a disadvantageous state. Similarly, regular exercise can help to ‘blow off steam’ as…
