ABSTRACT
This technical report is base on four month student industrial work experience (SIWES)
Which was conducted at Ashaka cement plc?
First chapter is the company historical background as well as SIWES historical
Background and benefit of SIWES student institution & establishment.
Second chapter contains stage by stage cement manufacturing process of AshakaCem plc
Starting from crusher to parking plant.
Third chapter is maintenance sections which consist of mechanical workshop, heavy and
Light motor vehicle repairs, and power house and methods office.
Forth chapter is the conclusion, recommendation and reference and drawing.
In the concluding part of this report experience gained and problems encountered are
Briefly discussed.
