The book called: Solving the Student Loan Crisis examines multiple ways student that are affected by the large amount of debit they acquire while in college and the struggle to pay it back. In addition to not being able to pay back loans another focus is how students have no way to effectively get rid of their loans within their lifetime. This book focuses on how student loan debit affects
multiple parts of a college student’s life. These multiple parts include but are not limited to their mental health during and after college, personal lives and relationships with others and how they manage or not manage the repayment of loans after college. The focus of this book is to demonstrate how corrupt the Higher Education Inc. is and how they are promoting students to be in debit. The book also addresses how there is no policies to help eliminate student debit across the United States. The author Cryn Johannsen, includes her personal life story to show the reader she understands and relates to the struggles of having student loan debit. After she address the problem of student loan debit she informs the reader of possible solutions to this problem. This paper will summarize two of these solutions that could solve or help tackle the United States student loan debit crisis.
