Students Surviving College

Everyone wants to be successful in life. One way is going to college many students once they enter college students expect good times, knowledge, friendships, and a new sense of direction. They soon find out that college comes with challenges and struggles because of the great demands and expectations that are put on the importance of education. College students experience a great deal of stress, especially when they are trying to balance a full time job. Because for many of these students it’s the students first time in college or away from home, they don’t know what to do. They lose focus or have distractions. This keeps students from reaching their goals. If not successful it lead the student to drop out of school, but their different ways in which Seminole State can help to achieve students goals and be successful and graduate. There's going to see a counselor to help student's choose classes and make suggestions on what to do. There’s student success center which offers student's tutoring on any of their classes the student is having problems with. Also Seminole State also offers different places where student's can do their work without distractions. Finally, students have to set goals for them self different types of goals to achieve.

Being in college could be difficult especially if it’s the students. First time in college. For many students they find it difficult and don’t know what to do. Seminole State offers help for example the student could go see a counselor to help the student choose their classes that the student needs for their major. Also the counselor may give the student tips in which could help the student become successful like, Students should be prepared for class, to attend every class and pay close attention if not
