Scenario
You have been selected by your institute to participate in the Punjab Youth Festival’s Business Start-up Competition where the judges will select the best business proposal and will provide the winner with a sum of Rs. 2 Lac as an initial start-up investment for the winning business idea. You have to come up with a small scale business idea for which you have been allotted Rs. 2 million and develop a business plan. Following are the guidelines provided by the PYF to create a business plan and present in the competition.
Task 1: Presenting the Initial Idea
Present the initial business idea using the relevant criteria e.g type of business, business planning competitive edge etc.

Explain how to identify target market for your selected business and explain the methods used.
