Slide 2: Introduction
• This chapter starts out with a little paragraph explaining what stirred a revolt. Britain was trying to take over America. They were placing different Acts on products the Americans used to add taxes. This was classified as a hardening of positions that had begun in both England and America. Because of these positions hardening, a serious of events, that progressed rather rapidly, destroyed the British Empire that was in America.
