Due to many protests regarding the immigration law, and DACA program (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) that the Obama administration enacted, there are impacts where people who are the targeted audience faced. Under the DACA program, certain undocumented people could be given permission to stay in the country temporary (deferred action) and maybe get a work permit. This issue is a subjective interest due to the fact that its impact affects certain youth and could ultimately affect the country. The target group for this program are young adults who lived and arrived to the United States before their sixteenth birthday, who graduated high school or obtained their GED and who have not committed a felony.
