Introduction:-
The British Petroleum company of New Zealand was established in 1946. It was 51% Owned by the New Zealand Government and 49% owned by Anglo-Iranian oil. In 1995 the New Zealand Government sold their shares in British Petroleum to the company and in 1957 the name was changed to BP New Zealand Ltd.
BP not only offers premium fuels, such as BP ultimate and BP ultimate diesel, it also offer great quality barista made coffee and food for those on the go. BP operates an extensive nationwide network consisting of 82 companies owned BP service station. BP has an agency agreement with over 120 BP branded resellers including the BP 2go network. BP also supplies fuels to Gasoline Alley stores around New Zealand. BP connect store provides fuel, groceries, cold drinks and a wide range of food and beverages from Wild Bean Café.
BP operates in 80 countries. Today, BP New Zealand has over 200 service stations and 60 Truck stops in all New Zealand and 1700 people are doing work at the stations.
