our students is just one part of a successful education. Exposing them to potential careers, fields, and environment is the other key to a successful education. Until the program is fully up and running, we will continue to meet every week, and iron out any final details we need to. We will provide your staff with training, and professional development pertaining to gifted education. The training will last one full week, and the following week will be used to practice in a classroom setting. Any teacher that will assist in your gifted education program, will be required to receive continued education throughout the course of the year. This will ensure that your teachers are learning new proven methods and strategies for teaching, and your students will learn from highly trained staff. Once we have the program up and running, we will then meet twice a month. At those meetings, we will discuss our successes, our failures, our growth, and any other information needed to ensure the program is running smoothly. We will provide you with a program coordinator that will be only focused on your school's gifted program. His/her job will be to make sure you all have everything you need to be successful. They are here to ensure that we do everything possible to provide you with any resources, outside help, or any additional training needed to be successful. We are partners, and we will continue to work together to ensure your students receive the proper gifted education they need to properly fulfill their needs.
