The success of youth in Puertorico and the support needed to stop the violence and promote diplomacy is key for a better tomorrow.
Happy Village community services .Inc. is a not profit organization that will provide but not be limited to a surrey of components stemming from housing, economic development, employment services and empowerment workshops. We will have veteran’s affairs department that will address the needs of all active and non-active veterans. This not for profit will have a go green initiative that will be able to address a healthier quality of life with the goal of preservation of natural resources. We will bridge gaps of youth and seniors bring generations together to be an example for the future leaders. The commercial aspect will entice the crowds through visual arts and this will propel the masses to un seen heights for not for profits. We will set the bar at an all-time high given the support of our community. This organization will stay true to the will of the community and will always keep in mind what is in the best interest of the community. Happy Village community services has been a dream of mine for many years , I will realize in the near future I am currently in the works of preparing the 501c3 status but it has become a bit of a hassle given the restraints and the little time I have to really work on it.This organization will exist and will succeed.

Critical to its success and its ability to meet the challenges of constant change, increasing complexity, rapidly evolving threats, the need for continuous improvement requires organizations to have the commitment of both senior management and the board, adequate authorization and funding, the appropriate tools to facilitate measurement and rolling-up information, comprehensive training on the measurement process and an early socilaization of
