People discover their true selves when they are finally by their own. They make their own decision and plans. They gain experiences that helps them in future decisions. The have interests in the same subjects related to work. An example for that is lawyers. As their work environment requires them to be tricky when they are speaking and analyze people’s words carefully to get information they need. As years go by that analyzing identity becomes there in work environment and normal life. Or if the person is a policeman, people find them really cautious and strict at work and at home.
