positive or negative effect in an individual (Schmidt, 2012).
Tragedy can turn into transcends, events that occur which cause an individual unbearable pain. These events could occur these pains could last for days or months, affecting their work and home life, how a person take these events and turn them. One of the emotions that have the most impact is death rather family or friend this gives a person a feeling of helplessness. The stages of transcending are the realizing what has accrued, reverse the event, release the genius in yourself, and create a lifelong after a person has gone through the stages they can prosper and thrive after a death has happened in their lives. Discovering the true meaning of in oneself is how a person reevaluates their lives to find the true meaning in their lives while remembering the individual who has died; this is a way to keep the memory alive. Creating meaning defines how a person remembers a deceased loved one in ways that add value to their life and the memory of their deceased loved one. The lifeline for living life and overcoming that pain while realizing that with life come sorrow, pain, and happiness that a new day will come (Steinberg, 2017).
Trying to balance work and life is something everybody wants to do daily while this cannot occur and causes a struggle not having a healthy balance of the two can cause stress and sickness and affect the performance of the individual at both places, and could cause loss of work if the projects at work start slipping.
When a person's concentration is on one when they are not at that location, workers will start having problems to accomplish both work and private roles. However, when the non-work time is preoccupied with job-related understandings, reactions, and low energy, workers may find it difficult to fulfill both their private and work roles. Ways that can improve the work and life balance is by leaving work at the door as a person walks out, leave any work project at work if it is not time sensitive, make time for yourself, take a walk, and leave home situations at home (Michel, Bosch, & Rexroth,
2014).
