Opportunities:
- Did we dig deep with our client by asking additional questions? We want to make sure that we are providing a "Yes before no" attitude it's part of our culture and if the client is mentioning we would not provide the credit to him we should dig into their concerns. Becky could have asked "if it was the credit report or credit score" also could have
