Throughout the Gospel of Mark there are many accounts that help one find what is wrong with the world and how we can repair it. In chapter 3:20-28, Jesus speaks to a man named Beelzebul who was possessed by demons. And if a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.” In saying this Jesus is saying one cannot stand alone in competition but is in need of the help of others to be successful in life.
