In” I Will Forever Remain Faithful: How Lil Wayne Helped Me Survive My First Year Teaching In New Orleans,” David Ramsey discusses how the rapper Lil Wayne helped him adjust to him teaching in New Orleans his first year. Ramsey was a social studies and writing teacher in the recovering school district in New Orleans. The purpose of this article is to inform how the rapper helped him better understand his students and adjust to the New Orleans lifestyle.
