When first processing such seemingly unsystematic facts about organisms of contrasting species, I had admittedly begun to question where Joyas Voladoras stood. Highly informative, however, it lacked citations, leaving me ultimately unaware of the purpose of the text and how it was at all relevant.
Rest assured, this is far more than an essay about the physical condition of the hummingbird.
