Summary Of Kevin Vanord's Review Of The Sims Medieval
Kevin VanOrd’s review of The Sims Medieval was descriptive and to the point. If I were a gamer I would expect the level of detail that is given throughout his review. Because I am not a gamer, I appreciated the continued comparisons to other Sims games. While VanOrd seems to be a fan of Sims, his disappointment in The Sims Medieval is apparent. In this review he sets a negative tone right from the beginning. He states that while playing this game “You’re hearing about someone else’s grand adventure rather than having one of your own.”(VanOrd 943) While VanORD describes characters, activities, and quests that are new and initially interesting, it seems as though he is bored by the repetitiveness of many tasks and not sufficiently challenged.

Walter was not instructed and had no legal right to question Steve. Ultimately Steve was threatened by Walter and Steve could possibly file suit against Walter and the company. Walter has become a liability due to his inappropriate actions against Steve. Purpose: In this lab, I will observe macroscopic changes that occur when mixing together certain chemicals and household cleaners. The mixing of the chemicals provided with each other and with acid/base indicators demonstrates how matter can change, and how chemistry can be seen with the naked eye. By mixing household cleaners with an acid/base indicator I hope to demonstrate how these changes can be related to everyday life.…

This book is a very interesting read, if you have some self discipline. I mean that you need some self discipline because this book didn't really captivate me in the sense that I couldn't put it down. But after reading it for a while, I started to appreciate the author's way of describing the characters and actions in this book.…

The review I chose to evaluate is of “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” I found it on The New York Times website and Alex Berenson is the author. He wrote this review for all of the subscribers of The New York Times and for all of the readers who are interested in “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.” The author does a great job with voicing his opinion about the novel. However, the review of this fiction crime novel is not normally his cup of tea.…

It had humor, real life events, sadness, and suspense. I would most definitely recommend this novel to someone because although it’s very long, you won’t want to stop reading it. This book will make you wonder, cry, even laugh. It’s a book that I think had great meaning and was put together very well. In my opinion, there is no flaws about this book except how long it is.…

I enjoyed this book thoroughly and always kept me intrigued until the end. It had small twists in it that were rather easy to interpret but it was also very interesting. I don’t particularly relate to this book, although situations that I’ve endured have changed my perspective on life, in a positive aspect, and made me unprejudiced and versatile and not so…

Imagine ending up an island that has a very bad reputation by all sailors. At first you think that it is not dangerous, but then you learn about what happens on the island. Rainsford and his friend Whitney were on a boat travelling to Rio. The short story “The Most Dangerous Game” by Richard Connell is a very suspenseful story that shows how Rainsford is very brilliant. Rainsford is on his boat when he falls off and lands in the water and he ends up swimming to the island nearby that all sailors hate sailing past. Rainsford is very smart because when he gets to the island he knows many tricks he learned from hunting for many years and he uses them to help him win against Zaroff. Rainsford shows he's smart throughout the story by creating…

Its worst feature: I think this book's worst feature is that it is not very interesting. This book doesn't keep your attention. On various occasions the author goes into so much depth that the reader forgets the main idea that he is trying to get across. I found myself reading the same lines over and over because I wasn't paying attention and wasn't really reading it.…

I start reading this book with bad mood. I hate to read books, especially the book not written by English. It will always be a disaster for someone to read the book that not written by their first language. However, this book really blows my mind. Bod Focazio and his special style of humorous told me this is a knowledgeable and fun book. This book gives me a lot of things that will be used in the future; this book really is a guide to me. One day, if I could be a successful person, this book really played an important role for that. A great gift to his dad and his dad must be very proud of him.…
