30 -day Public Notice of Intent to Deny Permit (Class V): On 17 March 2017, EPA ended a 30-day public notice with an intent to deny a permit application for The Lodge at Mount Rushmore. We received one comment from the public and seven comments from Mark Arend (The Lodge owner). We are currently reviewing the comments received.
