Mr. Bowser constantly provides excellent oversight good judgement in using program resources. Mr. Bowser is a very thorough steward of government resources and semiannually conducts indebt inventory to ensure 100% accountability for all assigned property. He assist with the scrutiny of all material buys to ensure that request are valid and necessary for the Government. His efforts to monitor the needs of the program consistently saves program resources. Mr. Bowser approaches logistics management with a "can do" attitude and is vigilante to protect the spending of government resources. Adds condition code changes, re-identification, and pseudoreceipts to administrative IARs that are not included in the total when determining whether the goal of 5 percent has been achieved (para 14-29h(5),(6) and(7)).
