Summary Of Sunny Skyland
This book is about a 13 year-old girl name Sunny Skyland who lives in Nebraska . Sunny Skyland is a foster child who has been through many foster homes since her mom, dad, and grandma had passed away. Sunny has been separated from her twin sister for 13 years, not knowing that she had one all along. When she and her sister got separated at the age of three her twin starr grows up not remembering she had a twin sister. But Sunny has some remembrance of someone that used to play with her when she was young. As she grows older she begins to realize from a photo that it was her sister all along and is desperate to find her. Sunny was sent to live with her elderly aunt at the age of three but her aunt died. So from that day she was passed from home to home. …show more content…
Her new foster mother Rita is perfect, but sunny just dislikes her rules only healthy food. Sunny loves the way her life is with Rita her new foster parent and does not want to change a thing about it, but there is one thing that she cannot get off her mind, finding her twin sister. Sunny plans to escape but does not want to get into any trouble out there and also does not want to lose Rita. As sunny was walking she saw something that was unusual, she looked back and saw a small bag she was curious to know what was inside the bag so she took it and stuffed it in her pocket. As soon as she got home she went up to her bedroom to see what was in it. To her surprise it was a bag full of money. She began counting it and it was $825. Sunny thought it was wrong to take someone elses money so she decided to run an ad for a found money. She let this continue for weeks, months but everyone who responded didn't know the amount or anything about the bag, as she saw no one was being truthful, so she decided to keep the money to herself. She thought it would be a good idea to save the money to when she was ready to find her

    The book Flipped is based around the lives of the two main characters, Bryce Loski and Julianna Baker, Juli for short. It all started out when Bryce moved in across from Juli and Juli wanted a new friend so she went over to Bryce's house and she grabbed his hand and she fell in love with him. As the years went bye Juli still had a crush on Bryce. One day Bryce was flying a kite but his kite got stuck in a sycamore tree so Juli wanted to prove herself to Bryce so she started to climb the sycamore tree when she got up there she saw the best view she's ever seen so from that day on she always loved that spot. One mourning while Juli was up in the tree she saw a bunch of construction workers with saws so she stayed up in the tree for a whole day then finally they got her dad to come and get her. The next few days she was very depressed so she did not go to school for a few days and when she got back to school she was all over Bryce again. After a year or two she started raising chickens and she kept on giving eggs to Bryce's family, but as soon as she would leave he would grab the eggs and throw them away.
