Summary Of The Book 'Eat That Frog'
Introduction
“Eat That Frog!: 21 Great Ways to Stop Procrastinating and Get More Done in Less Time” by Brian Tracy, is the book I want to recommend, which provides 21 effective methods of conquering procrastination and accomplishing more. The reason why I choose this book is that I always want to improve my productivity. This book teaches methods in-depth details how to improve people’s efficiency in order to achieve their goals. I would first give a brief summary of the concepts and ideas brought out by Brian and talk about the influence they bring to me by raising some real life example, at last I will talk about career plan as a conclusion.

This is very relatable for the reader and human beings in general as we experience the nature of different thoughts and feelings from moment to moment, and even experiencing various kinds of distinct feelings at one time. As a product having more dimensions, more in depth interiority — distincts kinds of feelings and thoughts, the passage to convey a direct idea or moral lesson becomes more challenging; thus, there is no moral explicitly stated for the reader. The book I chose to read was “When I Say No, I Feel Guilty” by Manuel J. Smith. The first thing to stand out to me in this book was it seemed a little outdated. Even though the writing style and the examples appeared to be from a different era, I was still able to see how different points were relevant today and to me personally. This title screamed my name when I was browsing the list of choices because no matter what I am saying no to, I always feel guilty.…
