Did you know that 1 oil spills can kill thousands and thousands and thousands of pengeins and animals in wildlife.In the south atlantic ocean there was a oil spill that had more than 40,000 penguins injured. When people heard about it they came to help.

In the passage “The Amazing Penguin Rescue” a lot of people came to help capture the penguins that were covered in oil to help them. They took them in a warehouse and had to force feed the penguins by prying their beaks open and shoving dead fish down there throat. After the people cleaned them and earned their respect they put the penguins back where they were. The people saved more than 40,000 penguins but there was also fish and other animals that were affected that could not be helped
