2) When Mr. Hall came to visit, the events that took place, influenced the main character to want to tell stories while she was in school. While Mr. Hall was in the house, the main character would overhear people talking about how, “Mr. Hall wears a rug.” The main character never understood what that meant, until one night when her grandfather scared everyone in the house so badly, that Mr. Hall rushed out of his room, with no hair, and the main character discovered that Mr. Hall's "rug" was actually a wig.
