In the article, “Year Of The MOOC” by Laura Pappano, it gives information on how students are shown that use MOOCs. Gregory is the ideal student for MOOCs because he is persistent, intellectual, and shy. MOOCs support these characteristics and can be essential for him. Gregory’s persistence is a good reason he should use MOOCs. MOOCs provide for this and he will have a possibility to stay in class, as stated in “The Year Of The MOOC” not many students stay enrolled into the classes. “Some students are also ill prepared for the university-level work.
