The philanthropy section sets goals such as annual charitable donations of at least $10 million dollars and totaling at least 100,000 hours of volunteer work. Ethical sourcing sets restrictions on suppliers to ensure that they are adhering to labor laws and that all supplier facilities have safe working conditions consistent with industry standards. Any supplier not meeting these standards are subject to audits and restrictions and may face termination of contracts.
