Summary: The Extreme Ice Survey

A famous photographer named James Balog travels to Greenland, Alaska and Iceland to take pictures of the effects of global warming. He was skeptical at first about the climate change, but after his trip north he became convinced of the impact that humans have on this planet and became dedicated to bringing the story to the public’s attention.

After a few months go in Iceland, Balog creates an expedition to collect data on the seasonal changes of glaciers called “The Extreme Ice Survey”. Balog plants cameras that use a time-lapse across some places in the Arctic to capture a record of the world’s glaciers.
