Sunbeam's Case Study
I blame Sunbeam for not executing its basic duty of background checks. Suzanne supports the idea that temporary agencies background checks do not hold hold confidence that companies have made the paramount hiring assessment (2013). In addition, Sunbeam must realize that an bungling hiring course of action impacts its goals to waste time and resources. Adamantly, the executive search agency should make an objective and well-informed evaluation of the candidates.
Thus, both companies are faulty for not following the basic policy to prevent negligent.
