Getting a sunburn is noticeable.
But many people doesn’t know the specific signs when you get one. Each signs are occured by the level or the degree of the sunburn. Usually when you get sunburn your skin tone pink or reddish brown. If you are having a light sunburn you will started feeling headaches or nausea and fatigue. If your sunburn is a bit more severe you will be start feeling itchy and pain. As you continue on the “Small fluid-filled blisters” may break. Small fluid-filled blisters are vesicles that appear on the fingers, hands, and feet. And they also cause scaly patches of skin that flake or gets red and cracked are usually very painful.These blisters can also be very itchy. And lastly, if the burn is very severe you can notice by touching the skin it may feel warm or hot to
touch.
If you know the signs you must also know the effects of the sunburn. Most or almost every sunburn can create swelling. And also sunburn blisters if the burn is severe. Sunburn blisters are mostly small and white fluid-filled bumps that appear on severely sunburned skin. Also you can get a flu from a sunburn. Most people didn’t know that for a fact. And also you will feel weak. Your skin would dry up pretty fast and your sebum production would be excessive. Sebaceous glands are the microscopic exocrine glands that is in the skin, which secretes oily or waxy matter, which is called sebum.
If you know the signs and the effects of the sunburn you must know how to prevent from not happening. To prevent a sunburn you should use a sunscreen. It’s so simple but it’s really effective. Or if you don’t want to use sunscreen you have to avoid direct contact from the sun. If you are going to a beach you have to wear a pair of UV protected sunglasses too. If you staying in the beach for a long time and you still wanna play beach volleyball or party you have reapply sunscreen every 2 hours. By applying every 2 hour it will help your skin to be moisturise and protect you from the sun in the same time.
If you want to apply sunscreen you have to know how to apply it or how much SPF needed. When you buy a sunscreen you have to choose the one with higher SPF. The more the SPF the better protection you get. Buy at least 30 SPF or higher. Don’t be greedy with the usage of the sunscreen. Apply generously before going outdoors. You have to use enough sunscreen before getting contact with the sun. Reapply sunscreen at least every two hours to remain protected, or immediately after swimming or if your body is excessively sweating.
