Sunisa, I would like to congratulate you on your successful completion of this class, as well as, writing a fascinating discussion post concerning the relevance of today’s homeland security needs in the United States. I agree with you that when looking at the requirements for homeland security here inside the United States, we should look at how we have deployed our resources and the effects that could make during a large-scale attack here at home. We have learned over the course of this class that an organization should regularly conduct assessments to ensure that all plans of preparation, action, and recovery are not only intact but up to date to meet the current needs of the origination (Fisher, 2004).
