Superdrug, a United Kingdom beauty and healthcare retailer, set a project in motion with the goal to visually portray the different standards of beauty that exist in multiple parts of the world today. Their 2015 experiment, Perceptions of Perfection Across Borders, began with a single image of a female form sent to female graphic designers spanned out over 18 diverse countries.
