Sometimes it can be very difficult to find that mild ground. It is important that everyone in the work center be allowed to reach his or her full potential. Some people never will, due to some time of limiting condition they have: whether it is their attitude or lack of motivation or something else. While we do not really have a dedicated human resource department in the Air Force, I understand that it is my job to know my people. It is my job to ensure everyone is being treated fairly and being given the opportunity to reach their potential. It is my job to make sure everyone is safe and that they know what they do when there is a work place accident.
