Supply Discipline Program: Case Study
As a unit Supply Sergeant assigned to Delta Battery 1-43 ADA, SPC Hector maintained a successful Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP). He incorporated an aggressive training plan for all supply personnel improving property accountability. His extreme diligence and understanding of the CSDP enabled him to achieve a commendable rating for his supply room during the last battalion and brigade inspection.

While assigned to Delta Battery as a 92Y Unit Supply Sergeant, SPC Hector's solid leadership and attention to detail was superb in the management of nine hand-receipts, and the commander's property book with a net value of 480 million dollars.
